What happens next?

Once you’ve filled in the contact form, I’ll get back to you and schedule a Discovery Call at a time that works for us both. I’ll ask you to have a think ahead of the call about the things that are going well or not so well, so that we can make the most of the time.

During the Discovery Call, we’ll talk more about you and your business, and what you’d like to work on or improve.

After the call, I’ll come back to you a few days later with a summary of our discussion and a proposal for ways we could work together. This will include suggested timescales and the costs involved for each option.

If you decide to go ahead and invest in your business, we’ll schedule in the time we need to dive deeper into making your business better.

It’s important to know that while I will be able to support across many areas of business analysis, there are some areas that I will not be able to help with - in these cases I will provide referrals and suggestions for people better-placed to support.

How Much will it cost?

This sounds like a cop out - but it really depends!

Choosing to invest in your business by working with me will depend on the service options you choose, the complexity of your business, and the time involved. Costs start at £200 + VAT and will be tailored to your business needs and circumstances.

It’s good to place this investment in the context of what it’s costing you not to spend time upgrading your business - if you’re losing customers from hard-to-navigate booking processes, lack of repeat business, or poor communication, then it’s costing you more not to to work with me.
