I’ve worked for many years across a variety of public and private sector clients, in roles covering Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Team Leadership, and Strategic and Change Management.

I can get into technical detail where I need to, but my strengths lie in helping people get to the root of what’s working and what’s not going so well - then collaborating on making it better.

You know your business best, and I’m not here to criticise or lecture. In fact, I love getting to know more about what you do and who your customers are, and helping you make the most of what’s already good.
